Valuations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Valuations Coordinator to manage the valuation ordering process for its lending platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Order and manage appraisals, BPOs, and related valuation products for various loan types
• Serve as the primary point of contact for valuation vendors, ensuring timely completion of orders
• Track appraisal timelines and coordinate with Sales and Operations to align expectations and timelines

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in valuations coordination or appraisal ordering within private lending or mortgage lending
• Hands-on familiarity with appraisal/BPO workflows for business-purpose products
• Strong understanding of valuation types and report standards
• Experience working with AMCs or third-party valuation vendors
• Proficiency with loan origination systems and valuation ordering platforms
