Valuations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Valuations Coordinator responsible for managing appraisal operations throughout the entire lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the placement of appraisal orders across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
• Monitor a high-volume pipeline of appraisal orders and provide real-time updates to internal stakeholders
• Enforce SLAs, identify delays, and ensure completed appraisal reports are documented and handed off for review

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in appraisal coordination or valuation operations within a lending environment
• Experience managing multiple appraisal platforms or AMCs with a high volume of active files
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Experience working in HubSpot or similar CRM systems is preferred
• 1+ year of experience in a remote or distributed work environment is preferred
