Valuations Vendor Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Valuations Vendor Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop vendor selection processes and manage vendor relationships to meet business objectives
• Conduct monthly vendor performance analysis and provide oversight communication and training
• Identify and onboard new valuation vendors while recommending process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in institutional residential real estate valuation
• 3-5 years of vendor management experience, preferably in real estate valuation/appraisal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerBI
• Ability to analyze large datasets and create actionable insights
