Value & Access Insights Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Value & Access Insights Associate Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and develop road map for CAPAI and manage business ownership of the platform
• Provide strategic guidance and manage a global team to support Patient Support Program (PSP) strategies
• Execute analytics plans to generate insights from various datasets and monitor program performance

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 5 years, or Bachelor's degree and 7 years, or Associate's degree and 12 years, or High school diploma/GED and 14 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in contracts and pricing, direct payer experience, or value marketing
• 8+ years of healthcare experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or strategy consulting
• Strong understanding of business strategies and the U.S. healthcare market
• Experience with advanced analytics tools and programming languages such as SQL, R, and Python
