Value Added Ingredient Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Value Added Ingredient Category Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage ingredient programs ensuring traceability and ethical sourcing
• Procure a variety of ingredients for product development and monitor inventory levels
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support product needs and lead new ingredient onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain or sustainable food systems
• Experience managing sustainability practices and ethical sourcing
• Proven track record in procurement of various food categories
• Experience with raw material sourcing and product formulation guidelines
• Proficiency in Google Suite and adaptability to new systems
