Job Summary

A company is looking for a Value Added Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 100-150 outbound calls daily to existing customers and recommend appropriate products
  • Meet or exceed conversion targets and track performance metrics within CRM systems
  • Build customer trust through consultative selling and contribute to customer retention strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or phone-based sales
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with CRM systems and remote work environments
  • Proven ability to manage high call volume and meet performance standards
  • Experience in sales or revenue-generating roles is a plus
