Job Summary
A company is looking for a Value Added Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 100-150 outbound calls daily to existing customers and recommend appropriate products
- Meet or exceed conversion targets and track performance metrics within CRM systems
- Build customer trust through consultative selling and contribute to customer retention strategies
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or phone-based sales
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with CRM systems and remote work environments
- Proven ability to manage high call volume and meet performance standards
- Experience in sales or revenue-generating roles is a plus
