Value Advisory Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Value Advisory professional to analyze and communicate the financial impact of retirement and financial wellbeing programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analyses to quantify business outcomes and financial impact across wealth offerings
• Build and maintain standardized Value Advisory models and document methodologies for repeatability
• Translate analytical findings into executive-ready value stories and present them in client forums

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in Value Advisory, analytics/strategy consulting, finance, or a related field
• Proven quantitative and financial modeling skills, particularly in Excel
• Able to connect data to value drivers and translate analysis into decision-ready recommendations
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to develop reusable assets for consistent value communication across accounts
