Value-Based Care Analytics Lead

Job Summary

To support value-based care initiatives, the full-time hybrid Value-Based Care Analytics Lead will serve as a critical liaison between clinical, business, and IT stakeholders, ensuring the translation of reporting needs into effective analytics solutions while maintaining data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the data steward for value-based care analytics, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across systems while establishing data governance standards
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders and IT teams to deliver timely and accurate analytics solutions
• Monitor regulatory updates affecting value-based care reporting and translate measure specifications into actionable business and technical requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Analytics, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or related fields
• Three years of related experience in healthcare analytics or health information management
• Previous experience supporting value-based care programs such as ACOs, MSSP, and Medicare Advantage
• Familiarity with healthcare quality measure specifications such as HEDIS and CMS quality programs
• Epic application certifications based on organizational needs (preferred)
