Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Value Based Care Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to develop analytics strategies for patient engagement, risk-adjustment, and quality reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution of analytics projects
- Oversee analytics related to patient engagement, risk-adjustment, and quality reporting across multiple markets
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics with a focus on attribution, risk-adjustment, and quality reporting
- 3+ years in project or product management
- 1-2 years of direct people management experience
- Extensive experience with eligibility and claims data from payers
- Technical expertise in SQL, Python, Spark, data warehousing, and data visualization tools
