Value-Based Care Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CIN Strategy and Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize the value-based partnership pipeline, tracking outreach and next steps
• Develop and update internal and external presentations, pitch decks, and partnership materials
• Assist with the development and documentation of processes supporting value-based growth and readiness requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, consulting, strategy, operations, or related environment with exposure to value-based care
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills
• Highly organized with strong project management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across teams
