Value Based Care Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Value Based Care Implementation Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead activities for assigned Delegation or Capitation initiatives across various plans
• Ensure alignment of program/project scope with the organization's strategic objectives
• Facilitate and manage workgroups, documenting issues and driving solutions for project tasks

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of project management experience managing major projects across multiple business areas
• 2+ years of experience facilitating mid to large size workgroups
• 2+ years of experience developing tools, task plans, and milestone charts
• Demonstrated experience with technology flows and system logic
• Intermediate or greater proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
