Job Summary
Leading the design and optimization of value-based care programs, the full-time remote Principal Value-Based Care Operations Advisor will manage operational workflows, performance measurement, and financial reconciliation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operational design of value-based care programs, including shared savings and alternative payment models
- Translate strategic program objectives into operational workflows and governance structures
- Evaluate program performance and recommend operational improvements for enhanced outcomes and financial sustainability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations or value-based care programs
- Demonstrated experience with risk-based arrangements and total cost of care models
- Experience across clinical operations, finance, analytics, and provider engagement
- Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement and performance measurement concepts
