Key Responsibilities

• Oversee non-clinical patient engagement and enrollment operations, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
• Lead front-line engagement activities and manage non-clinical staff productivity and performance
• Support the development of performance metrics and generate operational reports to identify trends and opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or a related field required
• Experience in patient engagement, enrollment operations, or care coordination preferred
• Experience in value-based care or multi-site healthcare environments strongly preferred
• Prior experience leading or supervising front-line, non-clinical teams required
