Value-Based Care Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Value-Based Care Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diversified value-based care platform with existing and new arrangements
• Lead implementation workflows and reporting discussions for value-based care contracts
• Develop strategic relationships with payers and serve as the escalation point for issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience in managed care operations or value-based care
• Understanding of commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid managed care preferred
• Experience with project management tools
• Must comply with all HIPAA rules and regulations
