Value-Based Care Operations Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time salaried Value-Based Care Operations Manager, the successful candidate will act as a strategist and operator in Quality for Privia's Mid-Atlantic market, collaborating with various teams to enhance VBC performance while managing the Population Health and Clinical Quality Associate teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive clinical quality strategy by aligning contract requirements with performance opportunities and serving as the internal subject matter expert on key metrics
• Lead strategic projects to advance Population Health initiatives focused on quality, cost, and operational efficiency
• Oversee the implementation of market-specific strategies to achieve population health goals through effective team management

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Health, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or a relevant field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
• 4+ years of relevant working experience, including people management
• Knowledge of population health management and value-based care
• Experience with Quality programs such as MSSP or HEDIS strongly preferred
• Must reside in the market of assignment unless otherwise agreed upon
