Value Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Value Consultant to analyze customer data and create business cases to demonstrate platform benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to identify and quantify key business drivers
• Build customized business impact analyses, ROI calculators, and TCO frameworks for customers and prospects
• Lead value discovery workshops and present business cases to C-level stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Value Engineering, Sales Consulting, Customer Success, Business Consulting, or Financial Analysis in a SaaS environment
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills
• Experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, Telecom, CX, or related industries preferred
• Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, Looker, or similar)
• Proven ability to develop scalable tools and frameworks that drive value engineering initiatives
