Job Summary
As the first dedicated Value Consultant, this full-time remote position will manage the value selling motion within the Solutions Engineering team, focusing on building frameworks and impact assessments to help prospects understand the business value of the company's offerings while collaborating closely with sales and customer success teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the impact assessment process, ensuring compelling and customer-specific assessments
- Define the value selling motion by creating frameworks, templates, and messaging for the sales team
- Lead executive-level value conversations on strategic deals, articulating the business case effectively
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in value consulting or value engineering within the SaaS industry
- Proven ability to create structure and frameworks in a developing function
- Strong understanding of quantifying business outcomes relevant to executive stakeholders
- Experience enabling teams through training and resource creation
- Empathy for Talent Acquisition teams and familiarity with their challenges and data needs
