Value Engineer
Job Summary
Serving as a strategic advisor in a full-time remote capacity, the Value Engineer will leverage Mimica's AI-powered platform to drive customer success, resolve issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Advise customers on achieving business outcomes using Mimica's platform and ensure issue resolution
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Solution Engineering teams to develop and execute customer account strategies
- Build tailored customer success plans and deliver training programs to drive user adoption and value delivery
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in customer success, value engineering, or management consulting focused on business outcomes
- Hands-on experience with process improvement methodologies or tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data analysis
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex information into actionable insights
