Value Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Value Engineering Lead to define and scale high-value use cases and business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and refine high-impact use cases in collaboration with Account Executives
• Translate use cases into clear business cases and support POCs as proof-of-value exercises
• Train the go-to-market team on value selling and develop frameworks for effective use case qualification

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in Value Engineering, Strategy/Consulting, or RevOps in a technical product company
• Experience working with enterprise customers on business cases and transformation initiatives
• Strong ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and influencing both frontline sellers and executive stakeholders
• A mindset focused on speed, pragmatism, and repeatability in deal-making processes
