Value Realization Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Value Realization Consultant to analyze customer data and create business cases that demonstrate the benefits of AI-driven communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to align solutions with customer objectives
• Develop customized business impact analyses and ROI calculators for clients
• Lead value discovery workshops and present business cases to executive stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Value Engineering, Sales Consulting, or related fields within a SaaS environment
• Strong preference for experience in AI, CCaaS, or Customer Experience industries
• Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis skills
• Experience working with CRM and analytics tools
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, Business, or an MBA is a plus
