Job Summary
A company is looking for a Value Realization Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams to ensure seamless transition from value projections to post-sale tracking
- Develop a post-sales value realization model to validate solution value and support renewals and upsells
- Partner with Professional Services to gather baseline metrics and track improvements post-deployment
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales, sales management, sales enablement, or value consulting
- Solid understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Experience in designing integrated programs for post-sale value measurement and optimization
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships across departments
- Global experience and familiarity with sales tools, including ROI tools and forecasting software
