Job Summary
To drive market penetration and service expansion, the full-time remote Value Strategy & Enablement Leader will design and implement growth initiatives, develop business cases, and create enablement platforms for field teams while collaborating with cross-functional partners.
Key responsibilities
- Lead research and development of data-driven business cases for new programs and services
- Serve as the growth enablement lead for priority segments, ensuring national strategies are operationalized effectively
- Oversee the development of selling tools and digital experiences to enhance growth team effectiveness and engagement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, strategy, partnerships, or business leadership roles
- Proven ability to influence decision-making in a matrixed environment
- Experience with data analysis and financial insights to drive performance improvements
- Familiarity with homecare services is a plus but not required
