Job Summary

A company is looking for a Value Stream Business Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to document company strategy and assess current state for Value Stream capabilities
• Collaborate with architects to translate Value Stream goals into actionable roadmaps
• Support the SAFe Portfolio Kanban process by breaking down portfolio epics into manageable work bundles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Math, IT systems, or a related discipline
• Three years of experience in creating business capability roadmaps and business architecture
• Five years of preferred experience in strategic and technical roles within large projects
• In-depth knowledge of company operations and the broader enterprise
• Certification in Business Architecture is preferred
