Value Stream Business Architect

Job Summary

Value Stream Business Architect, a full-time remote position, engages with business and technical stakeholders to develop and communicate Value Stream roadmaps while assessing current capabilities and making recommendations for strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business architects and IT partners to document company strategy and conduct current state assessments
• Translate Value Stream goals into actionable roadmaps and support the SAFe Portfolio Kanban process
• Contribute to the growth of Business Architecture practices and perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Math, IT systems, or a related field
• Three years of experience in creating business capability roadmaps and performing business architecture
• Five years of preferred experience in strategic and technical roles on large organizational projects
• In-depth knowledge of company operations and the broader enterprise
• Certification in Business Architecture is preferred
