Value Stream Business Architect
Job Summary
To support the strategic vision of FedEx Logistics, the full-time remote Value Stream Business Architect will engage with business and technical stakeholders to develop actionable roadmaps and capabilities for Value Stream initiatives while assessing current states and recommending transition plans.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to document company strategy and conduct current state assessments for Value Streams
- Collaborate with Portfolio Business Architects to translate Value Stream goals into actionable roadmaps
- Support the SAFe Portfolio Kanban process by breaking down portfolio epics into manageable backlog bundles
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, IT systems, or a related discipline
- Three years of experience in creating business capability roadmaps and performing business architecture
- Five years of experience in roles with strategic and technical impact on large organizational projects preferred
- In-depth knowledge of company operations and the broader FedEx enterprise
- Certification in Business Architecture preferred
