Job Summary
Leading the on-time delivery of project equipment, the full-time remote Value Stream Fulfillment Leader will manage execution responsibilities, engage with cross-functional teams, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery costs and minimize delays.
Key responsibilities
- Lead execution responsibilities for assigned equipment and engage with cross-functional teams
- Utilize problem-solving and lean tools to identify and address systemic causes of delivery delays
- Develop tracking routines with suppliers to improve forecasting and support long-term corrective actions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience in Sourcing, Projects, Lean, or Supply Chain Management
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to travel approximately 20-30%
- Experience in Gas Power Systems MSD/BOP/HRSG sourcing or projects teams is preferred
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to operate effectively with global suppliers and cross-functional teams
