Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vascular Access Dispatcher for remote work during evening hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign nurses to specific areas and facilities based on schedule
• Communicate with field nurses and regional accounts to ensure timely completion of studies
• Dispatch calls to tech team, provide customer service, and handle various daily needs

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexibility and adaptability to change
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Willingness to cross-train into customer service role
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus but not required
