Vascular Access Dispatcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vascular Access Dispatcher for a part-time position on Saturdays and Sundays from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM EST.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign Nurses to appropriate areas and facilities based on the schedule
• Dispatch cases and provide assistance to mobile Vascular Nurses while managing client communications
• Handle 90 to 130 calls per day, ensuring timely responses and updates regarding case statuses

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one year of related experience/training
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Professional demeanor and flexibility to adapt to changing situations
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus but not required
