VBC Performance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Value-Based Care (VBC) Performance Analyst, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute data analysis to identify trends and strategic opportunities for quality improvement across value-based care portfolios
• Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests for field teams related to MSSP
• Develop understanding of payer-specific quality programs and assess opportunities for performance improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health services administration, health policy, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or related fields
• 1+ years of relevant work and/or internship experience
• Experience using Google Sheets or Excel for data management, including basic formulas and pivot tables
• Commitment to the mission of serving primary care providers and their patients
