VBC Policy and Programs Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VBC Policy and Programs Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver education programs on VBC policy developments and model requirements for customers
• Monitor and analyze CMS/CMMI policy developments and brief customers on implications for model participation
• Represent the company in CMS engagement opportunities and facilitate customer feedback loops with program leaders

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare policy with knowledge of CMS value-based care programs
• Direct experience with ACO operations or CMS program implementation
• Proven ability to translate complex policy into accessible education
• Existing relationships with CMS/CMMI staff or ability to build federal relationships
• Experience designing and delivering training or education programs
