Job Summary

A company is looking for a VBC Provider Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of value based care contracts with behavioral health care providers
Develop strong relationships with behavioral health practices and providers to achieve target VBC goals
Analyze and communicate practice performance on APMs

Required Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in mental healthcare, project management, account management, or implementation
Experience working with healthcare providers or on mental health related projects
Experience in population health management programs or quality improvement
Demonstrated history of data-driven decision making
Knowledge of EHRs for data reporting
