VDC/BIM Manager
Job Summary
To support data center new construction projects, the full-time VDC/BIM Manager will lead MEP/FP BIM coordination workflows, drive issue resolution, and ensure high-quality BIM deliverables, with the option for remote work considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage MEP/FP BIM coordination workflows from preconstruction through construction
- Facilitate coordination among field superintendents, design teams, subcontractors, and specialty vendors
- Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in a VDC/BIM coordination role (GC, subcontractor, or design firm)
- Strong working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC); experience with ReCap and point cloud workflows preferred
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, constructability, and construction sequencing
- Experience with complex or large-scale projects; mission-critical experience strongly preferred
