VDC Coordinator
Job Summary
Supporting Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes, the remote mid-level VDC Coordinator I will manage model development, clash detection, and project documentation to enhance project visualization and collaboration.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to support VDC and BIM project objectives
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D models in accordance with project requirements and company standards
- Assist with model coordination activities, including clash detection and issue tracking
Required qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in VDC, BIM coordination, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred
- Working knowledge of Revit and familiarity with Navisworks
- Understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination processes
- Ability to identify and resolve basic modeling and coordination issues
