Job Summary

A company is looking for a VDI Administrator to provide technical support for virtual desktop environments and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first line of support for clients, managing tickets from intake through resolution
Troubleshoot issues related to Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, and AWS WorkSpaces
Monitor systems and respond to incidents across AWS and Azure, ensuring smooth operations

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or managed service provider environments
Hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Desktop, Azure Virtual Desktop, or AWS WorkSpaces
Strong understanding of Windows environments and basic networking concepts
Familiarity with cloud fundamentals, particularly AWS and Azure
Experience using ticketing systems and working within service level agreements (SLAs)
