Job Summary
A company is looking for a VDI Administrator to provide technical support for virtual desktop environments and cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first line of support for clients, managing tickets from intake through resolution
- Troubleshoot issues related to Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, and AWS WorkSpaces
- Monitor systems and respond to incidents across AWS and Azure, ensuring smooth operations
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or managed service provider environments
- Hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Desktop, Azure Virtual Desktop, or AWS WorkSpaces
- Strong understanding of Windows environments and basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with cloud fundamentals, particularly AWS and Azure
- Experience using ticketing systems and working within service level agreements (SLAs)
