Job Summary
A company is looking for a VDR Relationship Manager to oversee and strengthen client relationships related to Virtual Data Room transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- On-board clients and guide them through the Virtual Data Room setup process
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and optimize revenue generation through client collaboration
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the VDR transaction process, ensuring client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- At least 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in SaaS, Banking, or M&A sectors
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education and experience
- Experience managing large clients and complex transactions involving Virtual Data Rooms
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue objectives
- Understanding of financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, or due diligence processes is advantageous
