Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Lead Consultant for Veeva CRM will develop and deliver tailored solutions, focusing on configuration, customization, and business analysis to meet client requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Configure Vault CRM and Veeva CRM objects, layouts, call reporting, and sample management workflows
- Support alignment and data exchange across Vault CRM, Veeva Align, PromoMats, and Approved Email
- Review and convert commercial, medical, and sales operations requirements into effective system configurations
Required qualifications
- Competency in Veeva CRM and Vault CRM platforms
- Experience in business analysis and system administration
- Proven ability to manage security profiles and user permissions
- Knowledge of territory alignments and data validation rules
- Strong background in IT services and consulting
