Veeva CRM Platform Manager
Job Summary
As a remote-based full-time salaried Veeva CRM Platform Manager, the successful candidate will manage platform strategy, client solution delivery, governance, and innovation for Veeva capabilities, collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients to enhance CRM services.
Key responsibilities
- Define and manage the Veeva Vault platform vision, roadmap, and feature backlog
- Lead solution design and standardize implementation methodologies for new client projects
- Establish governance for platform configuration, security, and compliance while ensuring operational consistency
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in CRM or commercial technology within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Veeva CRM or Veeva Vault CRM
- Experience in leading CRM implementations and platform administration
- Veeva Vault CRM Administrator certification required
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations and client consulting
