Veeva Platform Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the implementation and optimization of the Veeva ecosystem, the full-time remote Veeva Platform Specialist will manage platform administration, client onboarding, and provide ongoing support for Veeva CRM and Vault CRM.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Veeva CRM and Vault CRM, including user security, reporting, and dashboards
- Provide day-to-day platform administration, issue resolution, and user assistance while monitoring platform health
- Conduct client discovery sessions and support new client onboarding and configuration workshops
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Veeva CRM or Salesforce in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Veeva Vault CRM Administrator certification required
- Experience with CRM integrations and APIs
- Advanced skills in Veeva CRM configuration, including workflows and user management
- Ability to work effectively within U.S. time zones, preferably Eastern or Central
