Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Analyst/Specialist II (Professional).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage content submissions for promotional materials in Veeva Promomats, ensuring proper anchoring and compliance
• Translate Regulatory Committee feedback into actionable updates for writers and designers, ensuring content accuracy and compliance
• Conduct comprehensive quality control reviews for documents, verifying scientific accuracy and adherence to regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical- or health-related fields
• 5+ years of professional experience with assent compliance and MLR business functions
• Proficiency in Veeva PromoMats, JIRA, and other workflow management tools
• Strong understanding of FDA regulations for promotional materials
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and workflows under tight deadlines
