Veeva Vault Administrator

Job Summary

To oversee the administration and operational delivery of the Veeva Vault platform, the full-time contract Manager, Veeva Vault Administration will manage system configurations, ensure compliance, and drive user adoption while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements for Vault Clinical applications
• Maintain and manage the configuration, security, and compliance of Vault Clinical applications, ensuring data integrity and quality
• Oversee user training and provide technical support to enhance user adoption and effective use of the platform

Required qualifications

• 7 - 9 years of related experience
• Honors Bachelor's degree
• Veeva Vault Platform Administrator or Veeva Clinical Operations Administrator certification
• Prior experience with configuration and administration of Veeva Vault Clinical applications
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, including FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and ICH-GxP guidelines
