Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator

Job Summary

Coordinating vehicle logistics and delivery, the full-time Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator will provide sales and administrative support to multiple teams, working remotely from the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan area during regular business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle readiness for delivery, including inspections and logistics with external vendors
• Monitor vehicle life cycle stages and take proactive measures to ensure timely delivery to clients
• Negotiate with dealers and vendors regarding costs, timing, and resolution of vehicle exceptions

Required qualifications

• Must currently reside in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan area
• 4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, sales, or vendor support
• 3 years of experience in problem resolution or data analysis
• Intermediate PC skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
