Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vehicle Pre-Authorization Claims Processor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update equipment registrations
Provide Pre-Authorization for specific automotive components
Support OEM Dealers with inquiries related to technical automotive repairs

Required Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of the mechanics of motors and transmissions
Experience with Pre-Authorization requests for Independent Repair Facilities
Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and basic computer skills
Knowledge of vehicle warranty processes is a plus
