Job Summary

Detail-oriented and communication-focused, the full-time Vehicle Listing & Verification Specialist will review and verify seller-submitted vehicle information remotely, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met before listings advance in the auction pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify seller-submitted documents for authenticity and completeness
• Evaluate vehicle condition photos and request corrections from sellers as needed
• Contact sellers to clarify details and confirm intent to sell, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system

Required qualifications

• Near-native English fluency, both written and spoken
• Confidence in making outbound phone calls and sending text messages to customers
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
• Reliable full-time availability during U.S. business hours
• Comfort with learning and navigating CRM or proprietary software systems
