Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time Vehicle Paint Support Coordinator will review and evaluate paint repair estimates for approximately 640 cases monthly, ensuring compliance with established guidelines in a remote contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Validate that paint peeling is not caused by external factors, such as rock chips
• Confirm that repair estimates align with Toyota's established parameters
• Review photos of affected vehicle panels and manage case submissions from dealers

Required qualifications

• Experience in a body shop, paint, or collision center environment
• Estimating experience with familiarity in estimation software
• Ability to evaluate and validate repair estimates against guidelines
• Strong attention to detail in reviewing case submissions
• Capacity to manage a high volume of cases effectively
