Job Summary
To support a growing team, the part-time remote Vehicle Processing Clerk will manage communications with clients and agencies to facilitate vehicle repurchases while ensuring proper documentation and case tracking.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with clients, customers, and relevant parties to complete vehicle repurchases
- Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and mail
- Expedite and track case handling through documentation systems while meeting required metrics
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of customer service experience
- Excellent multitasking and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
