Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time remote Vehicle Processing Clerk will manage communications with clients and agencies to facilitate vehicle repurchases while ensuring proper documentation and case tracking.

Key responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients, customers, and relevant parties to complete vehicle repurchases
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and mail
  • Expedite and track case handling through documentation systems while meeting required metrics
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of customer service experience
  • Excellent multitasking and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
