Job Summary
To support vehicle repurchase processes, the remote Vehicle Processing Clerk will manage client communications, secure necessary documentation, and track case handling while working part-time and engaging with customers across the country.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with clients, customers, and relevant parties to facilitate vehicle repurchases
- Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and mail
- Expedite documentation and track case handling through internal systems
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must be a Michigan resident with a distraction-free work environment
