Job Summary

To support vehicle repurchase processes, the remote Vehicle Processing Clerk will manage client communications, secure necessary documentation, and track case handling while working part-time and engaging with customers across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, customers, and relevant parties to facilitate vehicle repurchases
• Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and mail
• Expedite documentation and track case handling through internal systems

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Must be a Michigan resident with a distraction-free work environment
