Vehicle Protection Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vehicle Protection Agent to provide customer support during sales and post-sales interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service in every interaction
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls while scheduling appointments for the internal Sales Team
• Build rapport with customers and promote renewal options for their vehicle's extended coverage

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Preferred two years of experience in a high-volume Call Center
• Preferred 1+ years of experience with outbound sales/appointment setting in a call-center environment
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including late shifts and weekends
• Proficiency in using proprietary software and managing contacts effectively
