Job Summary
Connecting with customers through company-provided warm leads, the full-time remote Vehicle Protection Sales Specialist will guide vehicle owners in understanding and selecting appropriate extended protection coverage plans while managing leads and maintaining customer records.
Key responsibilities
- Discuss vehicle protection coverage options with customers and recommend suitable plans based on their needs
- Utilize internal systems to manage leads, track follow-ups, and maintain accurate customer records
- Meet or exceed individual performance metrics, including sales conversions and lead development
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in inside sales or phone-based roles
- Ability to work a flexible schedule within posted business hours
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with multiple systems and screens
- Strong verbal communication skills
