Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster I Fede (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and service Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC) claims efficiently
• Adjudicate 20-30 claims per day while maintaining call response times
• Resolve customer and client claims issues in collaboration with the Claims Lead

Required Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma with 3-5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word and Excel
• Experience in customer service and handling claims inquiries
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships internally and externally
