A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster I.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and service Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC) claims efficiently
• Adjudicate 20-30 claims per day and maintain an average of 40+ calls daily
• Resolve customer and client claims issues promptly and maintain positive relationships

Required Qualifications

• A minimum high school diploma with 3-5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
• Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
• Proficiency in computer applications, such as MS Word and Excel
• Ability to identify and remove workflow obstacles
